This is an application for a done-for-you credit optimization service, not a guarantee or promise of funding approval. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application.
StackEasy's Done-For-You (DFY) Funding Service ("Service") is a credit optimization and business credit strategy consultation. StackEasy ("we," "us," "our") provides guidance on credit card stacking strategies, business credit building, and fundability optimization to help qualifying businesses pursue their funding goals.
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
StackEasy does NOT guarantee any specific funding outcome, credit approval, credit limit, or financial result. Credit decisions are made solely by third-party lenders and card issuers. Approval depends on your personal and business credit profile, income, existing obligations, and lender policies that are outside our control.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree that:
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Service. StackEasy reserves the right to review your application and decline to provide services at our discretion, including if:
You will be notified via email within 3-5 business days of application receipt regarding acceptance status.
Service fees are disclosed at the time of acceptance and are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are due as specified in your individual service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 5 below.
StackEasy does not charge application fees. You will not be charged simply for submitting this form.
You may cancel the Service within 3 business days of signing your service agreement for a full refund of any fees paid. After the 3-day cancellation window, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
StackEasy reserves the right to terminate the Service if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to StackEasy or its team.
By submitting this application, you authorize StackEasy to collect and process the personal and business information you provide for the purpose of evaluating your application and delivering the Service. This includes but is not limited to: name, contact information, business details, revenue figures, and self-reported credit profile information.
StackEasy does not pull your credit report without explicit consent provided at a later stage of the process. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting this form, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
To receive the full benefit of the Service, you agree to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKEASY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, CREDIT SCORE DECLINE, LOAN DENIALS, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON OUR GUIDANCE.
StackEasy's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to StackEasy in the 90 days preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." STACKEASY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC FUNDING GOALS OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CREDIT OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.
StackEasy is an independent service provider and is not a lender, mortgage broker, financial advisor, credit repair organization (as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act), or registered investment advisor. Nothing in this Service constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration or court proceedings shall take place in Florida.
StackEasy may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
